It's a whole new experience when we visited Maple & Oak in Menteng. Located inside De Ritz building , we found it as a nice brunch cafe with lots of tantalizing menu. There are so many positive responds about this place so we went s traightly to have our Sunday's brunch here. I was so hypnotized by the Coffee Butter Steak & Egg (138k) dish, scrolling around their Instagram and I found this menu was so amazing by it looks. A medium-rare seared Angus sirloin steak was so nice! Juicy texture that will just melt in your mouth for sure! The coffee butter gave me a little spark inside my mouth to make my medium-rare steak more delicious! Inside this dish contains sauteed mushroom, baby spinach, mashed potato and sous vide egg.
