Very exciting for this newly open restaurant in Pondok Indah Mall 3 , it's called PAVELA . Serving an authentic Peruvian cuisine . Have you had any Peruvian dish before? If no, you better try this. Well we had good experiences when we ate in PAVELA . We never had any Peruvian's before so it feels so great to have chance to try this. Let's get to the main course, Pollo A La Brasa (95k) . The signature dish of PAVELA, cilantro butter rice that was served with vegetables and slow roasted Peruvian spiced chicken. The chicken was the star of the dish because of its special and aromatic taste! When it goes to slow-roasted process, usually it will get you a tender texture of meat and juicy inside. R ich and perfectly seasoned. The chicken skin still juicy and flavorful! To make it more Peruvian they also put some Yuca Fritas or cassava wedges and perfec tl y fit with the aji verde sauce, nice!
