DINING AL FRESCO

Recently we had the pleasure of throwing a dinner party for a few lovely guests at a clients home on their 20 acre Ranch in Thousand Oaks, which was hosted at the former estate of an iconic actress. I can't help but love a party to kick off the Summer and a celebration that was meant to honor a very special guest. Bringing life to their outdoor patio, we decided to tent for a beautiful outdoor evening in the garden. Guests were welcomed by Elderflower and Margarita Cocktails and ushered onto the lush greens of the property for hors d'oeuvres by the pool.
HORS D' OUVRES Heirloom Orange Gazpacho Shooters, Tuna Tartare, Beef Yorkshire Pudding, & Dusted Steak Fries with Truffle Oil. As guests sat for an al fresco dinner, the frog started chirping right on que! The hosts were not kidding, my first official frog tamer job... clapping my hands walking around a pond so the frogs would silence long enough for the host to get his speech and toast in. The things we do as planners/caterers- Mamma Mia! BEGIN Arugula Salad and Proscuitto Crudo Pan Fried Goat Cheese
MAIN Grilled Sea Bass with a buerre blanc, set on a bed of grilled brussel sprouts,colorful heirloom cherry tomatoes and green bean bundle
DESSERT Chocolate Mousse Rich, decadant mousse with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls and hot chocolate fudge sauce Decedant Chocolate Mousse drizzled milk chocolate whipping cream, mint and raspberry chocolate shavings

Yap yap! Mereka baru aja opening new restaurant di Kota Kasablanka. Well, bukan Sunny Side Up, tapi anak dari group Sunny Side Up, yaitu House Of Omurice . Kalian bisa langsung temuin House of Omurice di area Food Society lantai Upper Ground, terpampang besar dan jelas dekat dengan escalator. Strategis banget kan lokasinya? :D Dan mereka punya ruangan indoor dan outdoor, sebenarnya outdoornya masih di dalam mall, but ya! Lokasinya tidak di dalam outlet. Untuk dekornya sendiri, masih ada unsur-unsur Sunny Side Up dengan perpaduan warna gold dan biru. Yang aku suka, dekorasi House of Omurice ini rapi banget dan menggunakan ruangan dengan sebaik mungkin. Saine Daise Bistro - PIK

Couple of weeks ago we had another wonderful dinner with family and friends. We've been scheduled our visit to Saine Daise Bistro at Pantai Indah Kapuk (Jakarta Utara). Stalking to their IG account we found out there were plenty of eye-catchy dish that we might want to try! So it doesn't took so long for us to order our target. The interior of this bistro was magnificent! Classy yet exclusive atmosphere felt so nice with monochrome - gold tone surround it. The details look incredible and it makes such a pleasing view. Spent a high quality night with great experiences both for food and ambiance! We all start with Honey Glazed Chicken Wing (45k) and  Calamari with Shrimp Paste Mayo Dip (55k) , a simple light bites before satisfying our tummy with main course.
