Food, Fun, Love: Paella Grilled Shrimp

This next recipe from our Food, Fun & Love cook book is the Paella Grilled Shrimp! Perfect for your next dinner party or simply a meal for yourself or your family! 10 medium shrimp (size 21/25), peeled, deveined and butterflied 1 cup chicken stock 3/4 tablespoons clam base (a paste available at specialty stores) Pinch of saffron threads 3 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup onion, minced 2 teaspoons  minced garlic 1/4 cup red bell pepper, peeled and finely diced 1/4 cup zucchini, finely diced 4 ounces Spanish sausages, we use hickory smoked pork that is fully cooked, finely diced 1/4 cup Arborio rice 1/2 cup dry white wine 1 plum tomato, peeled and pureed 2 tablespoons grated parmesan 1 large beaten egg Salt and pepper to taste Vegetable oil to saut� the cakes 3 sprigs of fresh tarragon Chimichurri  Sauce (see recipe index) Clean, peel and devein the shrimp and lightly toss in a half cup of the Chimichurri Sauce. When researching to find what floral designer is the right choice for you it would be advantageous to get referrals from your planner together with the creative team you have put together including your venue as they will all have wonderful recommendations. 2. Questions to ask your floral designer would be to ask how long he has been in business. How much experience have they had working on weddings? Spanish Goat Cheese Nachos Image: Rachel Ray Ingredients: 11 ounces goat cheese, log shaped 1/2cup cornmeal 1/2cup butter garlic olive oil mixture 2 12-inch flour tortillas, cut into 20 2-inch medallions 2 cups Spanish port wine 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups red grapes, cut into quarters 1/2cup brown sugar, packed 4 tablespoons butter 1 bunch cilantro Directions Let goat cheese sit until it reaches room temperature. With a cheese wire, slice the goat cheese into 1/8-inch medallions. Coat the slices in cornmeal and place on a tray to freeze for approximately 15 minutes until firm to the touch. Mini Union Jack flags were strung overhead while friends and family sipped tea and nibbled on scones and marmalade goodies in true Paddington fashion. Gorgeous linens by BBJ Linen were draped over the long table, while elegant modern Rrivre Works furniture seated guests with comfort and class. Led by Samantha of Details Details, she expertly designed the space for the perfect celebration! With Bloombox Designs beautiful florals, Revelry Event Design�s remarkable furniture and shot by John and Joseph, this party was set up for success! Wanting to complement FEEL�s vibe, we created a fabulous menu with fresh, local ingredients, such as, our California Market Experience, which includes, fresh bread, local cheeses and meats, as well as vine ripe tomatoes and olives! Our Summer Salad wall made an appearance with salads that consisted of arugula, spinach, avocado, quinoa, onions and blueberries. Fresh and delicious!
